If a leak occurs, the water will complete the circuit between the two probes on the sensor and a flooding alert is sent to the panel. This sensor also monitors the ambient temperature approximately once per minute. If the temperature exceeds 95ºF or drops below 42ºF, the sensor sends a temperature alert to the control panel. Helps prevent freezing pipes.
